Artisan Market:Vendor Application
Market Dates: 9/25/2021 (10a-4p)- 9/26/2021 (10a-2p)
We welcome artists, craftspeople, makers, and non-profit organizations to share and sell their work with the community!
Each artist will be provided a 10'x10’ space in Downtown Ottawa on the Jordan Block. Artists are to provide their own tent, weights (25lb per leg recommended), display table, chairs, easel, or staging for all pieces. We do not provide any electrical services and we DO NOT provide an electrician. We do not provide any cords from electrical boxes to spaces, please plan accordingly. Artists are responsible for the setup and takedown of their artwork display. Artists may leave displays up throughout the entire event, however security is limited. Liability Insurance is not provided by the Starved Rock Country Community Foundation. As a result, artists must sign a waiver of liability.
This is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be given for cancellation due to weather. The decision to close the show due to weather is at the sole discretion of the Starved Rock Country FOTA staff.
No Independent distributors of commercial products (such as Avon, Scentsy, and the like)
$40 10'x10' exhibition space
Artists retain all revenue from the sale of their work. Starved Rock Country Community Foundation will not receive commission on sales. 7% sales tax is due to the Illinois Department of Taxation. You will receive paperwork in your registration packet upon arrival.
